We offer live online trading courses with one-time payments. For some courses, clients gain access to recorded lectures, which remain available even after the live sessions conclude. Access to recorded lectures is for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

3. Payment and Refund Policy 3.1 Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in GBP, EUR, USD and may include applicable taxes.
3.2 Refund Policy:
• You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the live Event have not commenced.
• If you have begun watching recorded lectures within the 14-day refund period but decide to cancel your participation in the live event, you are eligible for a 75% refund.
• Once the live events begin, no refunds will be issued.
To request a refund, please contact accounting@nannafick.dk with your proof of purchase and reason for cancellation.
